WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURING TIME?
Manufacturing and shipping times can vary from 2 to 5 days. They may vary depending on the number of orders.
WHERE ARE THE JEWELRY MADE?
All our jewels are imagined in our workshop located in Maine-et-Loire
ARE THE JEWELS RESISTANT?
Avoid frequent contact with water and cosmetic products. Store them in their pouches when you're not wearing them. Clean them dry with a soft cloth.
ARE YOUR JEWELS SOLD BY DROPSHIPPING?
We would like to point out that our products are not dropshipping, even if our delivery times are fast. Indeed, unlike classic dropshipping where the seller does not have stock, all our jewelry is stored in our own workshop in France.
It is because we have this permanent stock that we are able to prepare your orders and ship them quickly after your purchase. We thus control the entire process, from manufacturing to final shipment to the customer.
In addition, having our own stock allows us to constantly monitor the quality of our products, something impossible with dropshipping, which relies on third-party suppliers.
DELIVERY
HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Orders are sent by post within 1 to 3 days generally. Be careful, the post office can experience delays, especially during the holidays. You will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of your order

I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
To change your delivery address, send us a message as soon as possible to letopdelaperle@gmail.com with your order number and the new postal address.
If your request for modification of information reaches us after dispatch of your order, no modification can be recorded.
We will not be responsible for any delivery errors.
I CHANGED MY MIND ?
If upon receipt of your jewellery, you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your order to us. For any return, please follow the return conditions indicated below.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
Jewelry must be intact and returned in its original packaging. Please contact customer service at the following address: letopdelaperle@gmail.com
Return costs are your responsibility. Once your order has been delivered, you have 3 days to report a damaged order to our customer service via the following address: letopdelaperle@gmail.com , please attach a photo to your email.
Pass this deadline, any complaint will be refused.
IS MY RETURN PAYABLE?
For any change of mind after receipt of your order, the return costs are your responsibility. To make your return, we advise you to go to your post office and to favor a tracked package.
HOW AM I REIMBURSED?
Once the return has been validated by us, the refund will be effective within 10 days maximum. The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.
MY NECKLACE IS DAMAGED, MY BRACELET BROKEN?
Sometimes it happens that a product clings, falls and breaks, contact us by email, we will offer you a solution. If unfortunately your jewel is damaged, we will offer you a repair with financial participation if you wish.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED, BROKEN, DAMAGED?
When receiving the package, check the status of your order, and especially that it has not been opened during the journey. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to talk to your postman who will tell you the procedure to follow. The payment of your purchases can be made by credit card: you must indicate your credit card number or bank card, as well as its expiry date on the page provided for this purpose. You can also pay for your purchases by PayPal.
IS THE SITE SECURE?
Yes, of course, payment card numbers are not stored on the www.letopdelaperle.com site but on the bank's secure site.
